Apply Today—Live Más Scholarship Opportunity

Are you interested in seeing how far your passion and drive can take you? Then you should apply for Taco Bell’s Live Más Scholarship opportunity!


Every year, Taco Bell Foundation proudly awards millions of dollars in scholarship funds to young Taco Bell employees pursuing higher education. In 2021, the Foundation generously awarded 17 Summerwood employees with Live Más scholarships, ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 each for a total of more than $180,000! Live Más scholarship applications are now being accepted through mid-January. Scholarship funds are awarded for qualified education expenses, including tuition, required fees, books and course-specific supplies. To be eligible, you must be a current employee of Taco Bell, between the ages of 16 to 26, with a minimum of three months continuous employment. Past scholarship recipients can also apply for renewal funds.

How to Apply

To apply, submit a video, between 30 seconds and two minutes, addressing:

  • What is your passion and how are you currently pursuing it?
  • How do you plan to use your passion to uniquely make a positive change in your community or the world?
  • How will your education help enable you to pursue your passion and make a change?

Summerwood“Second Chance” Scholarship

Employees who apply for the Live Más Scholarship are also automatically eligible for the Summerwood “Second Chance” Scholarship. After Taco Bell Foundation selects their Live Más winners, we take matters into our own hands! Each year, we review every Summerwood applicant who applied for a Live Más Scholarship (and didn’t win) and we enter applicants into a lottery where we select even more scholarship winners. For 2022, we’ll give four $2,500 “second chance” scholarships. So — even more reason to apply today!
