Big news worth celebrating! Our newest group of Live Más Scholarship winners is here, and they’re nothing short of inspiring.
The Taco Bell Foundation has once again invested in the dreams of Summerwood team members, awarding scholarships that support their educational journeys and future goals. And the numbers this year are just as impressive as the winners themselves – Summerwood proudly celebrates 31 recipients! The group includes 16 first-time winners and 15 renewals (repeat winners), for a total of $455,000 in scholarships.

From first-year students to those continuing their studies, these recipients embody dedication, perseverance, and the drive to build something bigger for themselves and their communities.
Stories that Inspire
First-time winner Ashley M. is a first-generation college student whose journey is shaped by resilience and a deep commitment to helping others. After losing both parents to deportation, she has faced significant personal and financial challenges while continuing to pursue her education.
Aaron P. is a four-time Live Más winner committed to making people around him feel seen. According to Aaron, “Living más … means saying ‘yes’ to the opportunity to help someone in need.”
First-time scholarship recipient Elyce M. became a mother while in college, an experience that strengthened her resolve and deepened her passion for counseling, especially in supporting adolescents and families through life’s challenges. Her journey reflects the Live Más spirit of turning obstacles into purpose and using every experience to help others thrive.
