New Certified Training Location in Mechanicsburg, PA!

We’re thrilled to announce a new Certified Training Location in Mechanicsburg, PA led by the remarkable Wulff B.!

Wulff began his journey with Summerwood Taco Bell in April 2022 as a Team Member. He quickly distinguished himself through his eagerness to learn and ability to implement what he learned into his daily routines at the restaurant. His strong work ethic, keen attention to detail and relentless pursuit of goals allowed him to advance quickly, leading to his promotion to Lead Associate Restaurant Manager (LARM) in November 2022.

In the LARM role, Wulff took charge of the Mechanicsburg location, which was facing significant challenges and ranking in the bottom quarter of the company at the time. While building his own successful operation in Mechanicsburg, Wulff also assisted other locations in finding their footing and achieving consistent results. In April 2024, the Mechanicsburg Taco Bell underwent a remodel and reopened in August 2024, emerging as an unstoppable force, now ranking 11th year-to-date.

Wulff’s dedication to increasing his own industry knowledge is matched by his ability to inspire his team to embody that same passion. The team is highly attuned to performance results and works collaboratively to implement necessary changes to sustain their success.

In Mechanicsburg, everyone shares the responsibility of knowledge transfer, embodying the principle of “no man left behind.”

Visitors to the restaurant often witness Team Members quizzing each other on standards. Additionally, Wulff has pioneered training classes in the area to help develop Shift Leaders, giving them more confidence in their roles. He credits his ability to achieve all these initiatives to the support of his management team: ARM’s Alex M. and Cody H., Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) Mikayla R., and shift leaders Carmen B., Alex S., and Alexia D..
