Four Summerwood Leaders Earn Golden Bell Honor

Every year, Taco Bell recognizes the very best leaders in the system through its Golden Bell Award. This award celebrates Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) and Area Coaches (ACs) who consistently deliver outstanding results while building strong teams and exceptional restaurant culture.

We’re proud to share that three of our RGMs and one AC have been named Golden Bell winners, representing incredible leadership across Summerwood restaurants.

A First for Summerwood: Area Coach Recognition

For the first time ever, a Summerwood AC has been named a Golden Bell winner!

Gaurav G. of Area 17 earned the honor this year, adding another remarkable chapter to his leadership journey. Gaurav is no stranger to the Golden Bell stage — he previously earned the award twice as an RGM.

Now, as an AC, he continues to raise the bar by developing strong teams and supporting restaurant leaders across his area.
