We are proud to shine a spotlight on this year’s three deserving President Award recipients! Honored at our annual State of the Union event, these individuals are recognized for their unique contributions to Summerwood.

Ed O., RGM, Williamstown, NJ

Ed is recognized for being a role model to his team and others with whom he interacts.

“Despite all the challenges that Ed has faced, he has led with heart, he’s led with courage, he’s led with excitement,” says company President Matt D. “And he’s just someone I really look up to as bringing the kind of passion that it takes to do great things in this business.” 

Jill W.-D., Senior Business Franchise Consultant

In her role, Jill helps us identify what we at Summerwood can do better through her experience working with other franchises. “She’s someone that brings unbelievable passion, excitement and enthusiasm to everything she does,” Matt says.

Rose S., RGM, North Shore Restaurant in Pittsburgh, PA

Rose took on a challenging location as a junior restaurant manager and she turned it around almost immediately! Because of her, our North Shore location is an incredible source of pride for the whole company.
