  • Meet/support trainee a minimum of once a week during training

  • Oversees 1-3 restaurants
  • Drives speed with service and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for Profit & Loss statement accountability
  • Trains and develops staff

Area Coach

  • Oversees 6-9 restaurants
  • Drives speed with service and customer satisfaction
  • Profit & Loss statement accountability
  • Trains and develops staff

Region Coach

  • Drives speed with service and customer satisfaction
  • Profit & Loss statement accountability
  • Trains and develops staff

VP of Operations

  • Maintains company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications
  • Allocates limited capital budgets to meet highest priority facility needs
  • Introduces and reinforces new company products and initiatives
  • Implements Franchisor directed new product campaigns and operating procedures.
